Sound baths are is a type of sound therapy that helps with unlocking your chakra. This is another way to absorb the sounds and allow it to set in your subconscious and being your healing. This is a great method to meditate as well. 

This treatment consists of washing of the hands with rose and Florida water, full body massage, Reiki, cupping, moxibustion, palo santo, breath work and reading. This is designed for you to be able to release physically.
