About the event

We are hosting a Wellness Day to provide a safe place for people to release, recharge and heal their divine self. Our objective is to give you an amazing experience that will make you look deeper within yourself and release any strongholds you may be carrying with you. 

Our intinary: 

  • 9:00 am - Welcoming Meditation / Breathwork
  • 11:00 am - Yoga
  • 12:00 pm - Tea Ceremony / Acupunture
  • 2:00 pm - Sound Bath / Reiki
  • 4:00 pm - Dance Breakthrough
  • 5:00 pm - Waist Bead Ceremony / Selfcare Keepsakes
  • 6:00 pm - Breaking Stronghold / Reflection

There will be a lunch and snacks available! 

Dress confortable and bring a yoga mat, if you dont have one let us know before hand.

I cant wait to see all of you there!
